Bug Reporting Feature for Analyser ERP

Bug Reporting Feature for Analyser ERP

At Cloudev, I joined a large ERP project called Analyser during its third major release. The system was already in production and full of features. Bug reporting, however, was still manual — users would contact the project manager directly.

I saw this as inefficient and unscalable.

So I proposed a solution: a built-in bug reporting feature. I added a floating button to the UI that, when clicked, opened a dialog. Users could describe the issue, attach screenshots (or let the app take a screenshot automatically), and submit the report.

The system also captured technical details like screen size, device info, and user tokens — all sent to the backend and stored as bug reports.

The feature offloaded a lot of pressure from the project manager and gave developers organized, actionable reports.

This small improvement had a big impact. I saw a problem, and I solved it.
